- OEM SPECIFICATIONS (2 SETS): This package provides a complete overhaul solution, containing 4 belts in total (2 Sets). It includes 2x 140mm belts and 2x 138mm belts. Featuring a 2M tooth pitch and 6mm width, they perfectly match the factory dimensions for a direct, cut-free replacement.
- FIX MULTI-COLOR FEEDING ERRORS: Internal timing belts are consumable parts. You should replace them if your ACE Pro frequently reports feeding errors, fails during color swaps, makes skipping/grinding noises, or if the extruder motor spins while the filament remains stationary (slipping).
- ANTI-STRETCH & WEAR RESISTANT: Manufactured as a seamless, closed-loop synchronous belt. This integrated design offers high tensile strength, resisting stretching and tooth wear during the continuous push-and-pull friction of multi-color filament loading and retracting.
- INSTALLATION & ROUTING TIPS: Always disconnect power before disassembling the ACE Pro casing. Important: The belt lengths must not be mixed up—use the 140mm belt for the main drive shaft and the 138mm belt for the driven wheel assembly. When reinstalling the motor, push it inward to tension both belts properly before tightening the screws to prevent slipping.
