- STANDARD BNC COMPATIBILITY: Each P6100 passive probe has a BNC male connector for direct connection to compatible oscilloscopes with 1 megohm BNC inputs. Use with a suitable benchtop or portable scope for electronics testing and troubleshooting. Confirm input specifications and probe compensation compatibility before use.
- SWITCHABLE 1X AND 10X: Select 1X for probe bandwidth from DC to 6MHz or 10X for DC to 100MHz. Match your oscilloscope's probe attenuation setting to the switch position for correct amplitude readings. The 100MHz specification applies to the probe in 10X mode
- usable measurement bandwidth also depends on the connected oscilloscope.
- TWO BNC-TO-MCX ADAPTERS: Connect the probes to compatible MCX-input oscilloscopes using the included BNC female to MCX male adapters. Suitable for FNIRSI TC4, TC3, DSO152 and DSO153, plus other compatible models. One adapter is included per probe, so both kits support BNC or compatible MCX connections.
- PRACTICAL TEST CONNECTIONS: Each probe includes a 120cm cable, a retractable hook for attaching to suitable test points and a ground lead for the reference connection. Remove the hook attachment for direct probe-tip contact. Use the supplied adjustment tool to check and adjust 10X probe compensation with your scope's calibration output before measuring.
- TWO COMPLETE PROBE KITS: Includes two P6100 probes with hook attachments and ground leads, two BNC female to MCX male adapters, two adjustment tools, two tip locating sleeves and spare marker rings. Equip two compatible oscilloscope channels or keep a second kit available for another instrument. Oscilloscope not included.
