- 100 sanding discs, 10 of every grit: Get 60 aluminum oxide discs in 36, 60, 80, 120, 180 and 240 grit, plus 40 zirconia discs in 40, 60, 80 and 120 grit. Choose aluminum oxide for wood and aluminum sanding, or zirconia for grinding and deburring steel and stainless steel.
- 15 nylon surface conditioning discs: Includes 5 coarse brown, 5 medium red and 5 fine green discs made with non-woven nylon fiber and aluminum oxide abrasive. Select the grade for light rust removal, weld cleanup, deburring, blending and satin finishing.
- Strip, refine and buff: Use 4 black stripping discs for rust and paint removal, 3 zirconia mini flap discs in 60 grit for local grinding and edge blending, and 2 wool felt polishing discs for the buffing stage. Match the wool discs with a suitable polishing compound, sold separately.
- Fits compatible electric and air tools: The 2-inch holder has a 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) round shank for compatible drills, electric die grinders and air die grinders. Power off, clamp the shank, align the disc's molded plastic thread and twist into the holder. Check seating and operating limits. Tools are not included.
