- CS1238 24-Bit ADC Module: This CS1238 analog-to-digital converter module provides 24-bit resolution and two differential input channels for high-resolution measurement of load cells, bridge sensors, and low-level analog signals.
- Dual-Channel Sensor Measurement: Two differential inputs support dual load-cell or dual sensor projects, providing a practical interface for electronic scales, pressure measurement, industrial process control, and smart transducers.
- Selectable PGA Gain and Data Rate: Choose from programmable gain settings of 1, 2, 64, or 128, with 128 as the default. Selectable ADC output rates include 10 Hz, 40 Hz, 640 Hz, and 1.28 kHz.
- Low-Noise Reference Design: The module includes an on-board TL431 reference chip and supports REFIN external reference input. Peak-to-peak noise is specified at 150 nV with PGA=128 and a 10 Hz output rate.
- Built-In Monitoring and SPI Interface: Features an integrated temperature sensor and high-precision oscillator. Operates from 3V to 5.5V and communicates through a 2-wire SPI interface at rates below 1.1 MHz. Compact 33 x 16 mm design for embedded and portable equipment.
