- 1:1 OEM PRECISION FIT - NO UNDERSIZED SCRAPING: Specifically designed as a 1:1 drop-in replacement for Snapmaker U1 3D printers. Unlike generic undersized wipers that leave filament behind, our full-size silicone nozzle brushes align seamlessly with all 4 print heads, ensuring thorough auto-wiping during tool-head swaps without missing a spot
- HEAT-RESISTANT UP TO 300°C WITH SECURE ADHESIVE: Crafted from premium BPA-free silicone capable of withstanding extreme hotend temperatures up to 300°C. Engineered with high-tack heat-resistant self-adhesive backing, these wipers stay firmly locked in position during high-temperature printing sessions without slipping, peeling, or melting
- PROTECTS NOZZLES & STOPS FILAMENT STRINGING: Soft yet resilient silicone bristles effectively squeegee away molten filament residue (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, Wood) prior to printing. Safely cleans hardened steel or brass nozzles without scratching the metal surface or damaging sensitive hotend components, preventing print defects and ugly stringing
- ESSENTIAL CONSUMABLE PACK FOR MULTI-COLOR PRINTING: Includes 4 silicone nozzle cleaning brushes, matching the exact quad-toolhead setup of the for Snapmaker U1. Perfect for high-frequency multi-material switching where nozzle cleanliness directly impacts layer adhesion, surface finish, and overall print quality
- TOOL-FREE EASY INSTALLATION: Quick plug-and-play maintenance solution requiring zero machine disassembly or G-code adjustments. Simply peel off the protective backing, adhere the brush pad directly to the printer's designated mounting slot, and keep your 3D printer running smoothly with minimal downtime
- Thoroughly clean the bonding area: Before installation, be sure to clean the surface of the silicone brush mounting slot on the printer with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or alcohol wipes to thoroughly remove old adhesive residue, oil, and plastic debris.
- Keep dry and press firmly: After ensuring the bonding area is completely dry, peel off the protective film on the back and press the silicone brush firmly for 10-15 seconds to ensure the high-temperature resistant adhesive adheres completely.
- Alignment of 4 Printhead Positions: The U1 features a 4-printhead Toolchanger architecture. Ensure that the 4 silicone brushes are accurately installed in their respective positions and are not tilted.
- Manual Interference Test: After installation, it is recommended to manually or slowly move the printheads without heating them to confirm that the bottom of the printheads can smoothly glide over the silicone brushes without impacting other mechanical structures.
- Extreme Temperature Resistance 300°C: The silicone material can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, meeting the daily printing and cleaning needs of consumables such as PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU. However, please avoid prolonged direct, stationary contact between the silicone brush and an extreme high-temperature printhead exceeding 300°C, as this may accelerate material aging.
- Normal Wear and Tear: The silicone printhead brush is a daily consumable part of a 3D printer. After hundreds of automatic scraping cycles, minor scratches, discoloration, or tiny grooves on the surface are normal physical phenomena.
- Regularly clean accumulated residue: If a large amount of cooled and solidified filament residue accumulates on the scraper brush, clean it promptly with tweezers or clips while the printer is cold to avoid affecting the scraping efficiency of the next print.
- Replace the brush promptly: When the silicone brush shows obvious deep grooves, cracks, or a significant decrease in elasticity, replace it with a spare part in a timely manner to ensure the printhead's self-cleaning effect and print success rate during multi-color printing.
