• 0.1% ACCURACY & MULTI-PARAMETER LCR TESTING — ET4410 measures L, C, R and Z as primary parameters with X, D, Q, phase angle and ESR as secondary parameters. AUTO mode can identify component type, making the meter suitable for component analysis, incoming inspection, R&D and electronic production testing.
• 16 TEST FREQUENCIES UP TO 100KHZ — Select from 100Hz, 120Hz, 200Hz, 400Hz, 800Hz, 1kHz, 2kHz, 4kHz, 8kHz, 10kHz, 15kHz, 20kHz, 40kHz, 50kHz, 80kHz and 100kHz. Six test levels from 0.1V to 2V provide flexible excitation for different components.
• WIDE LCR RANGE & 3.5" TFT DISPLAY — Measures inductance from 0.001µH to 9999H, capacitance from 0.001pF to 99.999mF and resistance from 0.0001Ω to 99.99MΩ. The 3.5-inch TFT LCD provides 5-digit primary and 5-digit secondary parameter readings for clear bench-top operation.
• DCR, CAPACITOR MODE & OPEN/SHORT CALIBRATION — Dedicated DCR mode supports DC resistance measurement of coils and transformers, while electrolytic capacitor mode expands capacitor testing capability. Open and short circuit calibration helps reduce measurement error introduced by test fixtures and distributed parameters.
• USB, RS232, HANDLER & PRODUCTION TESTING — USB Device and RS232 interfaces support computer communication and SCPI control, while the Handler interface works with comparator sorting and list scan functions for incoming inspection, component screening and automated production testing.
