The kit includes a high-performance cooling fan, heating band, thermistor, 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle, installation tools (Allen wrench + open-end wrench), and other pre-assembled components, allowing for immediate use without complicated assembly. Compatible with a wide range of printing materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, nylon, PEEK, PEI, and more.
- 550°C High-Temperature Resistance & Rapid Heat Conduction: The hot end kit features a nickel-plated chromium-zirconium-copper (CuCrZr) heating block capable of continuous operation at temperatures up to 550°C, offering excellent thermal conductivity. The all-metal hotend structure ensures stable high-temperature printing at a material flow rate of 35 mm³/s, making it an ideal choice for engineering filaments and demanding print jobs.
- Stepped leak-proof design: The nozzle base and heating block of the hotend kit feature a stepped structural design that effectively prevents filament leakage. The threaded nozzle, combined with precision-engineered stepped supports, remains secure even during extended printing sessions.
