- ✔️ Butcher Block is hand crafted from end grain slices of OLIVEWOOD, sustainably harvested from aged olive trees (typically 200-300 years old) in the Southern Mediterranean. Features exotic burl grains with natural olive wood colors (no stain).
- ✔️ Beautifully hand finished including a juice groove on one side to catch meat drippings, plus finger slots on the ends for easy lifting (the board is solid and quite heavy at 9.3 pounds), then sealed with coconut oil and beeswax.
