- SEALS PENETRATIONS & TRANSITIONS: Use around pipe penetrations, cable, electrical, gas line, hose bibs, dryer vents, air exchange vents, outlet boxes, roof-to-wall transitions, chimneys, solar panels, and exterior sheathing details.
- UV-RATED AIR & VAPOR BARRIER: Rated for full UV exposure, this fully adhered membrane helps form a positive air/vapor barrier and seals around properly installed fasteners. Built to support moisture protection around seams, corners, cracks, and gaps.
- PEEL & STICK BUTYL MEMBRANE: The release liner allows straightforward peel-and-stick application, while the conformable butyl adhesive helps bond to most building products, including EPDM, plywood, OSB, PVC, steel, aluminum, and plastic.
- SURFACE PREP & INSTALLATION NOTE: Apply to clean, dry surfaces free of dirt, oil, loose material, sharp edges, and protrusions. Field test substrates before full application. Primer may be needed for select surfaces, damp conditions, or applications below 32°F.
