The pack contains 21 strips, which is a decent quantity for the price, and everything arrived neatly organized in the container.Applying the strips was about as easy as it gets. I cleaned and dried my nose, peeled one from the backing, and positioned it across the bridge of my nose. It took only a few seconds, and I didn't need to adjust it repeatedly once it was in place. The strips felt lightweight after application. I could feel a gentle lifting effect across my nose, but it wasn't distracting. Within a short time, I barely noticed I was wearing one.I found that airflow through my nose seemed more open while using the strips. The improvement was noticeable enough for me to appreciate, especially when relaxing in the evening or lying down. Sometimes the simplest products are the easiest to work into a routine. What stood out to me was how securely the strips stayed attached. They held their position without curling at the edges during normal use, yet removal was straightforward when I was finished with them.I also liked the clear appearance. They're not particularly noticeable, which is a small detail but one I appreciate. A product that does its job without drawing attention to itself is always welcome. The quantity included makes this feel like a practical purchase. Having more than 30 strips in a single pack means I won't need to think about reordering right away, which adds convenience. These nasal strips are simple, easy to use, and require no special preparation beyond making sure the skin is clean and dry. For anyone interested in a basic breathing strip, this pack offers a straightforward option with a good number of strips included.Pros:✅ Easy and quick to apply✅ Comfortable, lightweight feel✅ Clear design is relatively discreet✅ Stayed securely in place during use✅ Removes without much effort✅ Good value with 21 strips includedCons:❌ Effectiveness can vary from person to person❌ Must be applied to clean,
