• Black PEI Textured Surface + PEI Smooth Surface Build Plate: The smooth PEI surface requires the use of a 3D printing glue stick to prevent models from slipping off, except when using PLA filament. Additionally, please remove the protective film from the smooth PEI surface before use. The textured PEI surface offers stronger adhesion than the gold PEI surface, allowing models to adhere firmly to the build plate without the need for glue.
• Printing Sheet Recommendations: For PLA and PETG, we strongly recommend using the Blue Low-temperature Printing Bed
• the lower heated bed temperature helps reduce energy consumption. For high-temperature filaments such as ABS, TPU, ASA, PETG, TPU, Nylon, PA, and PC, we recommend using the Black PEI Plate. The textured side can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, while the smooth side can withstand temperatures up to 200°C. Please select the correct print bed in the software before printing.
• Maintaining Adhesion on the Print Bed: 1. Do not clean either plate with alcohol to avoid damaging the coating. 2. After five prints, clean the print bed using a lint-free cloth, soap, and water. Be sure to rinse off all soap residue thoroughly.
