• Designed for Kids, Beginners & First-Time Users — More than a basic plug-in-and-run tumbler, this starter rock tumbler for kids combines a patented exterior design with guided instructions, simple digital controls, and an easy-to-use setup. Young explorers, adult beginners, and families can confidently follow each polishing stage and transform rough stones into smooth, polished keepsakes.
• Up to 85% Quieter with Dual Noise Reduction & CPC-Documented Child Safety — The K5 noise-reducing rock tumbler combines a thick rubber barrel with a clear noise-reducing cover to help reduce operating noise by up to 85% versus standard plastic-barrel tumblers under comparable conditions. Ideal for homes, bedrooms, classrooms, and apartments, the enclosed cover helps prevent accidental contact with rotating parts. Its Children’s Product Certificate documents compliance with applicable U.S. children’s product safety requirements for added parental confidence.
• Durable Rubber Barrel for Quieter, Gentler Tumbling — This rock polisher for kids and beginners uses a thick rubber barrel to cushion rock impact, soften harsh clattering sounds, and help protect stone surfaces throughout every polishing stage. Its durable construction supports repeated tumbling projects and provides a smoother polishing experience for agate, jasper, quartz, sea glass, gemstones, and many other popular tumbling materials.
• More Control Than Basic Starter Tumblers — 3 Speeds, 9-Day Timer & Memory — Unlike plug-in-and-run or one-touch models, this beginner rock tumbler offers greater control over each polishing stage. Select from three speeds and set the adjustable timer for up to nine days. Pause to inspect the stones, then resume without reprogramming. Automatic shutoff stops the cycle when time is complete, while the memory function restores previous settings after a power interruption. The clear digital display makes progress easy to monitor.
• Complete Rock Tumbler Kit with Gemstones for Your First Polishing Batch — This all-in-one stone polishing kit includes a rock tumbler base, durable rubber barrel, 0.5 lb of assorted rough gemstones from around the world, four labeled bags of 4-stage rock polishing grit, mesh sifter, jewelry findings, three replacement belts, and a full-color illustrated learning guide. Each stage is clearly explained to help beginners progress from rough stones to smooth, polished keepsakes. No separate grit or rough stones are needed to begin the first complete polishing batch.
• Hands-On STEM Learning That Turns Curiosity into Creativity — This rock polishing kit for kids creates an engaging hands-on experience where young explorers and adult beginners can observe how rough stones gradually change through multiple polishing stages. The process encourages patience, observation, creativity, problem-solving, and an interest in rocks and geology while producing real polished keepsakes that can be collected, shared, or turned into jewelry projects. It also makes an engaging educational gift for birthdays, holidays, and family activities.
• Built for Future Tumbling Projects with Replaceable Parts — This starter tumbling kit is designed to support more than the first polishing batch. Three replacement drive belts are included in the box for routine maintenance. If additional support is needed, KomeStone can provide eligible brand-new replacement items, including a tumbler base, rubber barrel, additional drive belts. Replacing individual components helps extend the life of the tumbler and keeps future rock collections, polishing batches, and jewelry projects moving forward.
