• but when you see the quality of the case and the superb workmanship and all the features that are not even mentioned in the product description you will, I think, be able to appreciate the cost.There are pockets everywhere, several of which hold mesh liners to keep item separate from the items in the main part of the suitcase. All the zippered enclosures have two pulls/sliders. Pretty much any place the weather might get into the case, there is a cover to keep it out
• for example the retractable handle has a cover for when it is not being used. I'll probably keep calling this a 'case' or 'suitcase' or 'bag'
• but the manufacturer prefers to call it a trunk, and that might be more accurate given it's massive size and storage capacity.When I first opened the box that this trunk shipped in I was immediately taken by the sturdiness of the material, the stitching, the zippers, the overall frame .. this trunk just feels and looks well made. Later I learned that the outer skin is made from ballistic grade polyester .. did not know that this even existed, but the material certainly fits the title.There really are a lot of features to mention and I may miss a few:=> side, bottom, and top handles=> four exterior, adjustable straps with covers for closure=> several zippered pouches accessible from outside the trunk=> several pouches with zippered mesh and multiple layers=> several straps with carabiners for attaching keys, etc=> a pouch hiding an exterior mesh holder for helmets, pillows, etc.=> extra sturdy wheels=> two pulls on each zipper, pulls are mostly lockable=> handle stores in a zippered pouch when not in use=> strong support rails on the back side, and an ID/business card holder=> inside mesh pouch=> strong interior support frame, reinforced edges and cornersThe entire outside of the case is held closed by four adjustable length straps, each with an a clamp to keep them closed. There really are so many features, it is difficult to name them all. In short, this is a superior suitcase and is perfect for a medium to long trip or vacation, or for any trip where you need a lot of space in on
