- The MK8 nozzle's precise design ensures even and accurate filament extrusion, enhancing the surface quality and detail of printed models. Its inner wall is smooth without burrs and has a low viscosity coefficient, while maintaining stable temperature during printing to allow filament to be discharged evenly, helping improve printing speed and accuracy.
- 1. Turn on the 3D printer, heat the nozzle and heat block to the target temperature (PLA: 180-220, ABS: 240-280). 2. After heating finishes, close the printer, and take the spanner to hold the heat block. Then use socket screwdriver to screw the old nozzle extruder out. 3. Spanner keep to hold the heat block, use the socket screwdriver, screw the new nozzle in, and make sure tight.
- After replacing the nozzle, please recalibrate the distance between the nozzle and the build plate to ensure the quality of printed parts. Do not touch the old nozzle and heating block during replacement to avoid burns.
