Put it on the fire to bake for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not clean it. Let the oil stand in the pot for about 3 hours.First use successful.If it has rusted due to improper use, you can add baking soda, cola or vinegar, clean it thoroughly with a cleaning ball, and then repeat the boiling process to restore it to its original condition.
- Cast iron wok utilizes a flat base so it’s fully compatible with gas, electric, and induction cooktops. You can also use it on a wok burner, the oven, broiler, on the grill, BBQ or in the fire pit.
