• Product Package Includes: The ceramic heater thermistor, mounting clips, and screws are not included; only two 380°C-resistant insulated bases and two sets of matching fixing screws are included. Designed for A1 series 3D printers only.
• Mounting Holes: Fits the original official mounting holes for convenient use with the heat shield. This effectively secures the heat shield and nozzle assembly, preventing shifting or vibration during rapid printing and helping maintain consistent layer alignment.
• Easy to Install and Remove: Open the tool head housing, disconnect the cables, remove the silicone sleeve and hot end, unscrew the extruder screws, and remove the hot end heating assembly to replace the base.
• Useful Applications: Conventional heat shields are prone to delamination and carbonization, which can cause print failures and lead to the hot end heating assembly being encased in plastic. In such cases, our high-temperature heat shields can be replaced.
• Please Note: A complete hot end heating assembly includes the insulated base, aluminum heating block, thermistor, ceramic heating element, and fixing screws. Our product only includes the insulated base and fixing screws; you will need to provide the remaining components yourself.
