- Dye-sublimation: Before printing, remove the protective film from the sublimation metal blanks (to protect it). Use heat transfer tape to adhere the printed image to the sign's dye-sublimation coating. Set the heat press to 360°F (182°C), press and wait for 60 to 100 seconds. Wearing gloves, remove the sign and remove the tape and paper to create your signature piece.
