    • its problems are with all the things that stick out from the bag. The bag is 21 ½” tall including wheels and handle, 14 ½” wide including handle and side feet, and 8” deep. These dimensions will fit within the carry-on allowances of Southwest, Spirit, and Frontier Airlines, but they will not fit for Delta, United, and American because of the extra inch for the side feet.The bag has collapsible handles on both the top and the side which add almost 1” to the bag’s dimensions and may cause issues in bag sizers. Also, the side of the case opposite the handle has four feet to protect the bag if set down on its side, but these feet are problematic. They stick out from the side of the case and add another inch of thickness making it oversized for some airlines. In addition, when you open the suitcase to lay it flat, the feet hit each other and prevent the suitcase from lying completely flat. This doesn't seem well thought out to me.The spinner wheels work well, and the bag easily spins on both hard floor and carpet. The mechanism for the extendable handle is smooth and easy to operate. There is a cup holder that flips out from the back of the case to hold your beverage or cup of coffee as you go through the airport, but it will not work for large water bottles as it is not easily expandable. There is some flexibility in the plastic, but if you push it too far it may break.The zipper is tight and has a solid structural piece underneath which prevents the bag and contents if the zipper is punctured. The zipper pulls have latches that fit into the integrated TSA lock combination lock on the top. Make sure if you have the bag open flat, that both of the zipper pulls are completely outside of the case before you try to zip it shut. One of mine got stuck inside and I had to open it back up completely to be able to free the zipper.The inside of the bag has an open side with an adjustable compression strap and a closed side that has two additional zipper pockets on the cover. This bag also has padding between the lining and the outside of the case. This keeps your items from banging against the inside of the case, but it does use a quarter inch of thickness to the lining and adds slightly to the weight of the bag.
