• I highly recommend for both bag nerds and regular people just looking for a great backpack. The Axoflux material is water resistant, as are the zippers so you don’t have to worry if you get caught up in some rain. The Axoflux material is lightweight but so far durable and gives the backpack a look that is appropriate in both professional and outdoor settings. The fabric looks like ripstop but with a matte finish. The top pocket is lined in a microfiber type material that keeps whatever you put in that pocket scratch free and out of the way from being crushed by whatever you pack in the main compartment. The hidden front pocket is great but does not have ton of volume so it’s appropriate for flatter things like your passport, wallet, or phone but the flap keeps it low-key while being easy to access. The admin pocket is very spacious and can be used as a tech pouch for cables, chargers, over the ear headphones, etc and there is even an AirTag pocket here. Access into the main compartment is a half zip design. While it’s not a clamshell opening, the Axoflux material is malleable enough that access into the main compartment is still easy. The laptop compartment shares the same space as the main compartment so you might need to rummage around to take your laptop out if you one bag travel but this makes it more convenient for everyday carry. The laptop sleeve is lined in the same microfiber type material as the top pocket giving you confidence it will be safe. There is another smaller sleeve for a tablet or notebook and there is some webbing that is also found in the admin pocket where you can lash things like HUB accessories. Otherwise, the main compartment is spacious and the interior lining is a light color so finding what you need will be easy. The straps have a 3D design that keeps the straps from sliding on your shoulders while still maintaining comfort. The chest strap is adjustable and magnetic so you can clip and unclip with one hand. There are also more lash points on the straps for clipping accessories. All straps have strap keepers to prevent dangling and the back padding is soft and breathable. The dual water bottle holders expand well and can even fit my 40oz Owala with my everyday carry.
