• NOTE (Pin Probe Measurement): a.Insert pins fully into wood/building materials at consistent depth. b. Measure wood across the grain (not parallel to rings) to avoid skewed readings from uneven insertion. c. Keep ≥5cm from edges to prevent false moisture detection. d. Accuracy may decrease on wood below -5°C
