상품 특징

  • Taiwan alishan oolong tea is produced in Ali Mountain Township, Chiayi County, Taiwan, China. The local area has more than 200 foggy days a year, and the tea gardens are distributed in the high mountain areas at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,600 meters. Tea trees form a symbiotic relationship with thousand-year-old red cypress and flat cypress, creating an environment where "tea is in the forest and tea is in the forest". All the irrigation water sources are natural spring water.
  • In the traditional handcrafted tea-making process, the production of alishan oolong high mountain tea involves 12 procedures, including tea picking, withering, pan-frying, rolling and baking. When picking tea leaves, "bare-hand picking" is adopted instead of fingernail pinching to fully preserve the shape of the buds and leaves, promote the transformation of internal substances in the tea leaves, and form a unique floral and fruity aroma.
  • In the final roasting process, the tea leaves need to be repeatedly rolled and stir-fried in a low-temperature wok at 60℃, eventually forming a shape that is "semi-spherical, tight and plump", thereby achieving the quality characteristics of "refreshing aroma, sweet taste and distinct aftertaste". The quality characteristics of dry tea from alishan tea are "deep green color, semi-spherical shape", tight and plump strips, and a sandy green and lustrous color.
  • The tea soup after brewing is bright in color and rich in aroma layers: the top note has a milky fragrance, the middle note is surrounded by fruity and honey scents, and the base note returns to a fresh woody aroma. The taste upon entry is rich and sweet, and it can be steeped many times.
  • When brewing and drinking, it is recommended to use boiling water at 100℃ for a high pour. The best tea sets are purple clay teapots or porcelain covered bowls. The first infusion is used to awaken the tea. From the second infusion, it gradually reaches its peak. Even after the fifth infusion, there is still a lingering aftertaste. Therefore, it enjoys the reputation of "seeing Ali Mountain in one cup". This tea is not only suitable for personal consumption, but also for business gifts or festival presents.
