• I have found that these can come in handy. The expanding handle is well made with no play in it. Goes up and down with ease and locks well in place. Zippers look like they will last for a while (the zippers seem to be the weak link in many suitcases, especially when stuffed). The fabric of the suitcase seems fairly rugged at this point (use and time will tell). There is a TSA lock for the main zippers but this isn't the only security I use
• I like an easy to remove snap lock also.The inside of the case is fairly roomy for this 21 inch suitcase. Typical straps available to hold in clothes in the main area and a padded laptop pouch is in the lid of the suitcase. I would have preferred a full sized zippered pouch or pouches since I don't carry a laptop with me. Good though for those that do.The back of the suitcase has a slide out address label on it. I don't use this myself due for security reasons. The spinner wheels look robust to me. This can be another weak point in spinner suitcases. They are some of the smoothest, easy rolling wheels I have seen on a spinner suitcase. They are wonderful! It works well in 4 wheel spinner mode as well as pulling in 2 wheel mode. The wheels have a greater diameter than many on the market which makes a difference when pulling your luggage along city streets and cobblestone streets.The plastic reinforcements (especially on the back above the wheels) really come in handy when trying to go over curbs along streets and stuffing your suitcase into bins on buses, trains and planes. This helps protect the luggage fabric from tears and cuts. I find this is very important when picking suitcases!This is listed as a 21 inch suitcase but it is more of a 20 inch in volume. It is about 23 inches tall from the bottom of the wheels to the top of the suitcase. This is billed as a carry-on piece of luggage. Most major airlines list carry-on as 22x14x9 inches. Many of the "carry-on" suitcases today would be hard pressed to fit the sizer cages. This is an industry problem, not just this suitcase. You think you are getting a carry-on suitcase in 18-22 inche
