• those were the puddle lights. Not a big deal, I pulled them out of the connectors, tested and yup, puddles. But then I saw a snipped off purple wire poking out of the wrap and it got me intrigued, so I cut the insulation back, exposed it, and to my surprise, it was a running light wire that they just cut off at the factory. It works perfect with the blinkers, they just temporarily disable the running light for the duration of the blinker signal being on and it all works like factory.
