    • [Leakage between ball valve and the tank] Please check if there is a washer connecting the ball valve, if not, please contact us for a new ball valve
    • [Water doesn't come out] Please check if the internal membrane breaks. Unsrew off the stem and you will see a protruding charging valve, then press the charging valve. If water flows out, it indicates the internal membrane breaks. Please change a new storage tank. If no water flows out, please contact customer service
