You can see in the image that one end did begin to fray.The cable itself appears to be quality material. The cable braid is uniform from what I can see on the spool with no additional damage (such as kinks or split wires). A 7x19 is more flexible then 7x7 and you can get an idea of how easy it bend in the video. Note the large loop and it is being held in position with a moderate amount of force.
