    • but I don't have any of that, so there is no trouble there. If you are one of those hippies that never actually washes your cast iron, these won't be for you. I use cast iron to cook every day and I wash it with soap and hot water after every use. If you don't want your eggs to stick, use some oil and cover the food with a lid.
