Snaps and zippers are good quality. Double stitch on the strap where it counts. Also a rivet where the strap attaches to the bag. This is a well made and designed bag. I have zero regrets for this purchase. I don't think you can find another for this price that would be better. The strap is adjustable and plenty long enough for cross body
