- just tighten them until they stop. The bottom port is fuel-in from the pump, and there are two ports for the fuel-out up top. A plug is needed to block of the port you won't be using. Definitely will be buying more of these soon. In the pic, I'm using magnets on the steel bracket to hold it to the inner fender so I can determine placement. The body of the regulator is milled aluminum and the internal components appear to be stainless steel.
